Your First Visit to Yogi Brian's Studio Please eat a balanced meal or snack three to four hours before yoga training. Pregnant women may consider eating one hour before their yoga class or private yoga session begins. Your body must be scent free and clothing should be comfortable. Wearing shorts that show your knee mechanics will help with proper alignment and body positioning. If you do not have a yoga mat you can purchase one here. Brian stocks many different kinds of all natural (non-PVC) yoga mats and can help fit you with one that is perfect for your body type. Be sure to download, sign and bring the Release of Liability form to your first class or private session with Brian.
